  • Ứng dụng

    Myristicin (CAS 607-91-0) là một hợp chất phenylpropen tự nhiên có mùi thơm cay ấm, được ứng dụng chủ yếu trong ngành hương–liệu–chất thơm như một thành phần góp mùi đặc trưng của nhục đậu khấu và rau mùi tây, dùng ở mức rất thấp để tạo sắc thái ấm, ngọt, hơi nhựa trong nước hoa, xà phòng và thực phẩm hương vị; trong nghiên cứu, nó là chất chuẩn phân tích/đánh dấu để kiểm định nguồn gốc tinh dầu, giám định gian lận thực phẩm và nghiên cứu chuyển hóa–độc tính; đồng thời được dùng làm nguyên liệu trung gian cho tổng hợp hữu cơ các dẫn xuất methoxy/benzodioxol và các amide phục vụ sàng lọc hoạt tính sinh học; nhiều khảo sát in vitro/in vivo ghi nhận hoạt tính chống oxy hóa, kháng viêm, kháng khuẩn, xua/diệt côn trùng và tiềm năng bảo quản thực phẩm, nên được xem xét trong chế phẩm bảo vệ thực vật có nguồn gốc tự nhiên; tuy vậy do có độc tính thần kinh và tác động lên hệ thần kinh trung ương khi phơi nhiễm cao, việc sử dụng cần tuân thủ chặt chẽ giới hạn hàm lượng, quy định an toàn–pháp lý địa phương và thực hành bảo hộ trong sản xuất, lưu trữ, vận chuyển.
