  • Ứng dụng

    Jasmine lactone (CAS 25524-95-2) được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong hương liệu và hương thực phẩm nhờ sắc thái hoa nhài kem sữa, trái cây chín (đào, mơ, dừa) và cảm giác béo mịn: trong nước hoa fine fragrance nó làm mềm và làm tròn nốt hương, liên kết top–heart, tăng độ khuếch tán và lưu hương, phối hợp tốt với jasmonates, indole, hedione, muguet và các nốt trái cây; trong mỹ phẩm và chăm sóc cá nhân (sữa tắm, lotion, dầu gội, xà phòng, chất tẩy rửa, nến, hương phòng) giúp mang lại độ ấm, kem sữa và tính tự nhiên cho các chủ đề floral–fruity, đồng thời có thể che giấu mùi nền béo/sáp; trong hương thực phẩm, dùng ở mức vết/ppm để gia cố và “tự nhiên hóa” hương đào, mơ, dừa, sữa chua/kem, trà hoa nhài, đồ uống trái cây và sản phẩm thay thế sữa có nguồn gốc thực vật, hỗ trợ che vị đậu/đạm và cân bằng hậu vị; về kỹ thuật, nó tan tốt trong ethanol và dầu, tương thích với nhiều dung môi hương, có thể nhạy với kiềm mạnh/oxy hóa nên đôi khi được vi nang hóa cho ứng dụng giặt tẩy; ngoài ra còn được dùng làm chất chuẩn phân tích và trong nghiên cứu cảm quan; việc sử dụng cần tuân thủ hướng dẫn an toàn và giới hạn của IFRA/FEMA và quy định địa phương.
