  • Ứng dụng

    Apiole (parsley) (CAS 523-80-8) là một phenylpropanoid tự nhiên trong tinh dầu hạt và lá mùi tây, được ứng dụng chủ yếu làm thành phần tạo hương vị/mùi với nốt thảo mộc ấm cay cho thực phẩm, đồ uống và nước hoa, đồng thời làm chất chuẩn trong phân tích GC–MS để nhận diện, định lượng, kiểm soát chất lượng tinh dầu mùi tây và phát hiện pha trộn; trong nghiên cứu, apiole được dùng như hợp chất tham chiếu và khung/tiền chất cho tổng hợp hữu cơ, được khảo sát các hoạt tính như kháng khuẩn, chống oxy hóa, xua đuổi/diệt côn trùng và hỗ trợ bảo quản nguyên liệu thực vật, nhưng việc sử dụng trực tiếp bị giới hạn bởi độc tính trên gan, thận và thần kinh khi dùng liều cao, vì vậy thường chỉ dùng ở mức rất thấp, trong ma trận tự nhiên hoặc theo các quy định an toàn hiện hành.
