Pink Pepper Essential Oil is steam-distilled from the ripe red berries of Schinus terebinthifolia. This particular Pink Pepper oil is produced specifically for fragrance applications.

Despite the name “Pepper,” Pink Pepper belongs to a completely different botanical group from Black Pepper. It carries a gentle peppery spiciness, but its scent is brighter, fresher, greener, and much more resinous. Its cool, slightly woody character may even bring to mind the scent of pine resin. Pink Pepper is widely used both in perfumery and aromatherapy, where it can add brightness, dryness, and create a natural bridge between Citrus and Aromatic notes.
