SCENT’s perfume manufacturing service provides a comprehensive solution covering every stage, from formula research and development to the production of finished, bottled products, seamlessly combining the art of fragrance creation with modern industrial science. To create distinctive fragrances, SCENT uses an exceptionally diverse range of high-quality ingredients, including natural essential oils, CO2 extracts, and absolutes, which preserve the authentic aromas of flowers and botanicals. Safe synthetic aroma compounds are also skillfully incorporated to create innovative scent notes while improving the product’s longevity and diffusion.
The perfume production and industrial contract manufacturing process begins with the automated, high-precision blending of ingredients using specialized equipment. This ensures absolute consistency across every batch, prevents cross-contamination, and minimizes oxidation. After blending, the perfume mixture enters the critically important maturation and maceration stage, which typically lasts from several weeks to 30 days in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures and complete protection from light. This aging process allows the alcohol and aromatic molecules to integrate more closely, softening the initially sharp alcoholic odor and enabling the top, heart, and base notes to blend into a smooth, unified composition with improved performance and diffusion on the skin. Once maturation is complete, the solution is rapidly chilled to between -5°C and 5°C and passed through a fine cold-filtration system to remove plant waxes and residual sediment. This ensures that the perfume remains perfectly clear before entering the automated filling, capping, and labeling line.

In addition, every perfume formula is developed in full compliance with the safety standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), as well as the latest European Union requirements for expanded allergen labeling and the United States’ Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA).
