Olibanum Frankincense Essential Oil is steam-distilled from the aromatic resin of wild Boswellia carterii trees growing naturally in Somalia, Africa. After harvesting, the resin dries into ivory-white to pale-yellow tears. These resin tears are then steam-distilled to produce an essential oil with a fresh, radiant, and richly aromatic scent.

Frankincense is one of the oldest aromatic materials used by humankind. Boswellia carterii trees grow in dry, rocky, and sandy regions exposed to intense sunlight and harsh winds.
