  • Ứng dụng

    Cis-Jasmone (CAS 488-10-8) là một monoterpenoid có mùi hoa nhài dịu ngọt được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong công nghiệp hương liệu để làm giàu nốt hương trung tâm của nước hoa cao cấp, điều chỉnh hương vị trà, cà phê, kẹo cao su và đồ uống, đồng thời là chất tăng cường mùi cho mỹ phẩm chăm sóc tóc da nhằm tạo cảm giác tự nhiên; trong nông nghiệp, hợp chất này đóng vai trò chất bán hoá học kích hoạt cơ chế phòng vệ của thực vật, thu hút côn trùng thụ phấn nhưng xua đuổi sâu hại, được khai thác trong các chương trình quản lý dịch hại tổng hợp, bẫy pheromone và bảo vệ kho lương thực; ngoài ra, cis-Jasmone còn là đầu mối tổng hợp các dẫn xuất jasmonate phục vụ nghiên cứu sinh lý học thực vật, đánh giá đáp ứng mùi của côn trùng và phát triển cảm biến sinh học dựa trên thụ thể khứu giác.
