Para-Cresyl Phenyl Acetate is an aromatic ingredient with a deep, dense white-floral character, marked by peony–ylang–jasmine nuances and a soft powdery touch. It carries a refined phenolic, slightly animalic facet that enriches the floral body rather than dominating it. The first impression is intensely floral, honeyed, slightly creamy-sweet, evoking armfuls of white blossoms in a warm, saturated atmosphere.
In compositions, para-Cresyl Phenyl Acetate is especially useful for building classic white-floral themes (tuberose, ylang, jasmine, narcissus), adding “real flower” depth to accords that may smell too clean, flat, or overly polished. It enhances powdery–floral–slightly leathery nuances, bringing a sense of luxury and vintage elegance, ideal for chypre, floral-oriental, and boudoir-inspired creations.
