To maximize its effect, perfumers often combine it with vetiver, patchouli, sandalwood, ionones with violet nuances, and musks. In handling, Cedryl Acetate may be used neat after gentle warming to make it easier to work with, or pre-diluted in DPG for greater convenience in weighing and blending.
