  • Ứng dụng

    Fenchyl acetat, hỗn hợp đồng phân α và β (CAS 13851-11-1), là một este monoterpen có mùi thơm mát ngọt, thường được khai thác từ tinh dầu hương thảo, phong lữ và cần tây, được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong công nghiệp hương liệu, đặc biệt là làm chất điều hương trong nước hoa cao cấp, xà phòng thơm, sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân, nến thơm, dung dịch khử mùi và vệ sinh gia dụng; trong ngành thực phẩm, nó được sử dụng ở hàm lượng vi lượng như một hương liệu tự nhiên cho kẹo, đồ uống không cồn, sản phẩm nướng và kẹo cao su, mang lại hương bạc hà gỗ rừng đặc trưng; trong dược phẩm cổ truyền và liệu pháp mùi hương, fenchyl acetat góp phần tạo tác dụng thư giãn, kháng viêm nhẹ và hỗ trợ hô hấp; ngoài ra, nhờ tính bay hơi vừa phải và khả năng hoạt động bề mặt, hợp chất này còn được dùng làm dung môi mang hương trong vi nang, xử lý vải khử mùi và phụ gia sơn mài để tạo hiệu ứng hương kéo dài, che lấp mùi kỹ thuật.
