  • Ứng dụng

    Axit butyric (axit butanoic, CAS 107-92-6) là acid béo mạch ngắn có mùi bơ đặc trưng, được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong hương liệu–thực phẩm (chất điều vị tái tạo hương bơ, pho-mát, sữa chua, trái cây, kẹo, đồ uống), sản xuất este butyrat cho nước hoa, sơn, mực in, nhựa cellulose acetate butyrate và chất hóa dẻo, bảo quản và axit hoá thức ăn chăn nuôi–ủ chua nhằm cải thiện vi sinh đường ruột gia súc, tiền chất dược phẩm (natri/ethyl butyrat trị rối loạn tiêu hoá, tổng hợp pro-drug, kháng sinh), chất ức chế HDAC trong sinh học phân tử, dung môi chiết tách, trung gian hữu cơ để sản xuất thuốc trừ sâu, thuốc nhuộm, thuộc da, keo dán, đồng thời làm phụ gia thúc đẩy phân huỷ sinh học trong xử lý nước thải và polyme sinh học.
