Applications
Triton X-301 is a nonionic surfactant commonly used as an emulsifier, wetting agent, and dispersant in a wide range of formulations. In industrial cleaning and degreasing, it enhances soil removal and substrate wetting; in coatings and inks it promotes pigment dispersion and uniform film formation; in polymers and plastics processing it helps stabilize emulsions and improve mixing of resin systems; in adhesives and sealants it can improve flow, leveling, and component compatibility; and in cosmetics, personal care, and household products it serves as a surfactant and solubilizer to create stable emulsions and modify texture.
