In industry descriptions, T‑Amorphol (CAS 53947‑91‑4) is a surface‑active tertiary amine/morpholine derivative used as a neutralizing amine and pH regulator in coatings, inks, and adhesives to enhance formulation stability, substrate wetting, and pigment dispersion; as an emulsifier, solubilizer, and wetting/foaming agent in agrochemical formulations, industrial cleaners, and metal cleaners to improve penetration, provide controlled foam, and lower surface tension; as a corrosion/acid inhibitor in boiler‑water treatment, oilfield fluids, and metal preservation; as a textile/leather finishing aid (antistatic, softening, leveling and dye uptake); as a foam‑control and stabilization additive for polyurethane and gypsum systems; as a flotation aid in mineral processing; and as an intermediate to produce quaternary ammonium salts for biocides, antistatic agents, and mildew control, with actual use depending on grade and supplier specifications.
