Applications
Potassium Lauryl Phosphate (CAS 39322-78-6) is an anionic surfactant commonly used as an emulsifier, wetting agent, and detergent booster in household and industrial formulations. In personal care, it provides foaming, cleansing and stabilization in shampoos, body washes and facial cleansers, while in household detergents and dishwashing products it improves soil dispersion and cleaning performance. In coatings, inks and polymer formulations it acts as a surfactant to improve pigment dispersion, substrate wetting and film formation. It is also used as an additive in agricultural pesticide formulations to enhance wetting and coverage on plant surfaces. As a processing aid, it may serve as a surfactant or emulsifier in various industrial cleaners and manufacturing operations.
