  • Applications

Oxazolidine-E is used primarily as a latent curing agent for epoxy resins in coatings, adhesives, and composite materials; upon exposure to moisture or elevated temperature it releases amine and participates in epoxy crosslinking, providing formulation stability and easy processing. It is also employed as an intermediate or building block in polymer synthesis and functional oxazolidine derivatives, enabling adjustment of network structure and material properties. In addition, Oxazolidine-E can function as an additive for surface treatment or as a curing component in plastic formulations for electronics, printing, and protective coatings. In many formulations it serves as part of two-component curing systems or as a precursor to related oxazolidine derivatives.
