    Octyl acrylate is primarily used as a reactive monomer and reactive diluent in formulations for UV-curable coatings, printing inks, and adhesives, where it lowers viscosity and facilitates rapid polymerization to form flexible, durable films. It serves as a building block for acrylate polymers and soft networks, including flexible polyacrylates and hydrogels with low glass transition temperatures.
