    Jujubasaponin IV is a triterpenoid saponin with surface-active properties that can function as a natural surfactant and emulsifier. In practical formulations, it may be used as a processing aid in industrial manufacturing and as a functional additive in coatings and inks to improve wetting and dispersion. It is also applicable in cosmetics and personal care as a cleansing and foaming agent or emulsifier, and in household products such as cleaners where mild surfactant action is desired.
