  • Applications

Ethyl vinylacetate is primarily used as a reactive monomer to synthesize ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers. These EVA resins are widely employed in packaging films and laminates, hot-melt adhesives, and coatings and sealants, as well as in foams and cushioning materials for footwear and packaging. Other applications include encapsulants for photovoltaic modules and agricultural films. In addition, Ethyl vinylacetate can serve as an intermediate in the synthesis of polymer systems based on EVA or vinyl acetate.
