Applications
Cycloxydim is a selective post-emergence herbicide in the cyclohexanedione class that inhibits acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase) in grasses. In practice, it is used in agriculture to control grassy weeds in crop systems, typically in post-emergence applications for cereals and other rotational crops. It is also employed in turf management for lawns and sports fields to suppress grassy weeds with minimal impact on broadleaf crops.
