Applications
Amidosulfuron (CAS 120923-37-7) is a selective herbicide that inhibits ALS and is used in agriculture to control annual grasses and some broadleaf weeds in rice paddies and certain cereals. It is also employed in turf and landscape management (golf courses, athletic fields, and ornamental lawns) for targeted weed control, and is evaluated for use in ornamental horticulture and nurseries where selective weed suppression is needed. In addition, it is used for vegetation management around infrastructure and non-crop sites where registration permits.
