    Acetone Cyanohydrin (CAS 75-86-5) is primarily an industrial intermediate used in the production of methyl methacrylate (MMA) via the acetone cyanohydrin route, with MMA serving as the monomer for PMMA and other acrylic polymers used in coatings, resins, and adhesives.
