  • Ứng dụng

    Pinocarveol, (+/−)- (CAS 5947-36-4) là một monoterpenoid bicyclic có mùi nhựa thông–thảo mộc–hơi camphor, được ứng dụng chủ yếu trong hương liệu và nghiên cứu: (1) làm thành phần hoặc chất điều biến mùi trong nước hoa mỹ phẩm, chất tẩy rửa, chất khử mùi và sản phẩm chăm sóc nhà cửa để tăng cường các sắc thái pine/woody/herbal, tinh chỉnh top note trong các phối hương fougère, chypre, citrus–aromatic và che lấp nền xà phòng; (2) được khảo sát trong tạo hương thực phẩm/đồ uống có xu hướng xanh–thảo mộc–nhựa thông, tùy quy định địa phương về sử dụng chất tạo hương; (3) dùng như chất chuẩn tham chiếu trong GC–MS/GC–FID để định danh, định lượng và lập “vân tay” tinh dầu (ví dụ từ thông, bách xù, bạch đàn) và để chuẩn hóa chuỗi cung ứng nguyên liệu tự nhiên; (4) đóng vai trò chỉ thị quá trình oxy hóa α-pinene trong hóa học khí quyển, phục vụ mô phỏng/hieu chỉnh thiết bị trong nghiên cứu hình thành aerosol hữu cơ thứ cấp; (5) là trung gian tổng hợp thuận tiện cho các dẫn xuất terpenoid (như oxy hóa chọn lọc thành pinocarvone, este hóa, hoặc biến đổi tạo khung mùi mới) phục vụ ngành hương liệu và nghiên cứu hoạt tính sinh học; (6) được đánh giá về đặc tính kháng khuẩn, kháng nấm, xua đuổi côn trùng và khử mùi trong công thức tẩy rửa, phủ bề mặt, vật liệu bao bì sinh học và chế phẩm nông nghiệp có nguồn gốc tự nhiên, song hiệu quả, độ ổn định và mức độ an toàn cần được thẩm định theo bối cảnh ứng dụng và yêu cầu pháp lý.
