  • Ứng dụng

    Myrtenal (CAS 564-94-3) là một monoterpen aldehyde có mùi gỗ thông–long não, được ứng dụng trong hương liệu (tạo nốt thông, cam quýt, bạc hà cho nước hoa, xà phòng, chất tẩy rửa, nến và máy khuếch tán), trong hương thực phẩm ở mức vết khi phù hợp quy định, và đặc biệt làm nguyên liệu trung gian/khối xây dựng bất đối xứng từ chiral pool α‑pinene để tổng hợp dẫn xuất terpen, tiền dược tiềm năng và hoạt chất nông hóa; trong nghiên cứu, myrtenal và các dẫn xuất oxime/Schiff base của nó được khảo sát về hoạt tính chống oxy hóa, kháng khuẩn, chống viêm, gây độc tế bào ung thư và vai trò chất xua đuổi/thu hút côn trùng trong quản lý dịch hại; ngoài ra nó còn được dùng làm chất chuẩn/marker trong GC‑MS để giám định tinh dầu giàu terpen và theo dõi chất lượng lô hương, cũng như cơ chất minh họa phản ứng aldehyde (khử về myrtenol, oxy hóa thành acid, tạo imine/oxime, aldol) trong giảng dạy và phát triển quy trình, với ứng dụng công nghệ như gắn lên polymer hoặc vi bao để tăng ổn định và kiểm soát giải phóng, tất cả đều cần tuân thủ an toàn và quy chuẩn địa phương (ví dụ quy định IFRA và thực phẩm) và lưu ý tính dễ bị oxy hóa khi bảo quản.
