  • Ứng dụng

    Labd-14-ene, 8,13-epoxy-, (13R)- (CAS 596-84-9) là một diterpenoid khung labdane có cầu epoxide, được ứng dụng chủ yếu trong hai mảng: (1) hương liệu–mỹ phẩm, nơi các epoxide labdane nổi tiếng với sắc thái ấm, gỗ, hổ phách và khả năng làm chất cố định, tăng độ bền mùi trong nước hoa mịn, sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân, chất tẩy rửa và nến thơm; đồng thời là nguyên liệu trung gian quan trọng để bán tổng hợp các thành phần “ambergris/ambroxide-type” và các dẫn xuất labdane khác nhờ phản ứng mở vòng epoxide có định hướng, oxy hóa/khử chọn lọc và tái sắp xếp; (2) nghiên cứu–phân tích, nơi hợp chất được dùng như khối xây dựng chiral trong hóa học terpenoid, cơ chất cho biotransformation (epoxide hydrolase tạo diol), mô hình khảo sát cơ chế mở vòng epoxide và kiểm soát lập thể, cũng như chuẩn tham chiếu cho GC–MS/GC chiral/NMR và đánh dấu chỉ số lưu giữ; ngoài ra, nó còn được thăm dò tiềm năng sinh học (kháng khuẩn, chống viêm, điều biến mùi) và triển khai trong công thức vi bao/mang giải phóng chậm để cải thiện hiệu suất và độ ổn định hương trong ứng dụng gia dụng.
