  • Ứng dụng

    Isovaleraldehyde (CAS 590-86-3) chủ yếu được dùng làm thành phần hương liệu trong nước hoa và mỹ phẩm, mang đặc tính hương trái cây và malt; đồng thời được dùng làm thành phần hương vị trong thực phẩm và đồ uống ở nồng độ phù hợp. Nó cũng đóng vai trò là tiền chất trong tổng hợp các este thơm và các hợp chất hương liệu khác cho ngành công nghiệp hương liệu. Ngoài ra, isovaleraldehyde được sử dụng trong các sản phẩm gia dụng và chất tẩy rửa để bổ sung mùi. Trong sản xuất công nghiệp, nó thường được dùng như một tiền chất cho các phản ứng aldehyde và ester hóa để tạo ra các hợp chất aroma và phụ gia cho các dòng sản phẩm liên quan.
