  • Ứng dụng

    Axit isobutyric (Isobutyric acid, CAS 79-31-2) là một axit cacboxylic mùi đặc trưng được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong công nghiệp hương liệu–thực phẩm để điều chế các este thơm mùi trái cây, làm phụ gia kích thích ăn uống trong thức ăn chăn nuôi, làm tiền chất dược phẩm điều trị rối loạn chuyển hóa, làm chất biến tính và khởi đầu polyme trong nhựa–sơn, tổng hợp dẫn xuất isobutyrat cho hóa chất nông nghiệp, đồng thời đóng vai trò dung môi chuyên dụng, chất chuẩn phân tích và tác nhân dẫn dụ côn trùng, nhờ khả năng bay hơi phù hợp và tính linh hoạt cao nên trở thành mắt xích trung gian quan trọng trong nhiều chuỗi giá trị hóa học hiện đại.
