  • Ứng dụng

    Globulol (CAS 489-41-8) là một sesquiterpenoid alcohol tự nhiên hiện diện trong nhiều tinh dầu (đặc biệt ở Eucalyptus globulus) và được ứng dụng chủ yếu làm hương liệu với sắc thái gỗ–đất–balsamic cùng vai trò chất “fixative” nhờ độ bay hơi thấp trong nước hoa, mỹ phẩm, nến và sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân; trong lĩnh vực hương thực phẩm, hợp chất đôi khi dùng ở mức vết để điều chỉnh nốt hương thảo mộc/eucalyptaceous nhưng phạm vi sử dụng phụ thuộc quy chuẩn an toàn; trong phân tích–kiểm nghiệm, globulol được dùng làm chất chuẩn và dấu ấn hóa thực vật để định tính/định lượng tinh dầu bằng GC‑MS, hỗ trợ kiểm soát chất lượng nguồn nguyên liệu; trong R&D, nó cung cấp khung eudesmane thuận lợi cho biến đổi hóa học, bán tổng hợp dẫn xuất và nghiên cứu cấu trúc–mùi, đồng thời được khảo sát in vitro về hoạt tính kháng khuẩn/kháng nấm, chống oxy hóa và xua đuổi côn trùng, gợi ý tiềm năng cho phụ gia tự nhiên, chất tăng cường bảo quản hoặc giải pháp bảo vệ thực vật thân thiện môi trường (cần đánh giá độc tính, độ ổn định và tuân thủ quy định trước khi áp dụng).
