The Damask rose petals from Turkey are harvested annually from May to June. Each petal is carefully handpicked early in the morning to avoid bruising. While rose fragrance can be extracted through steam distillation, the scent obtained using the Absolute extraction method is richer and more complete. This method captures a fragrance reminiscent of a freshly bloomed rose in the morning, blended with floral notes, green leaves, a hint of honey, and a subtle spice.

Rose Absolute is highly regarded by both perfumers and aromatherapists.

However, it’s important to note that the Absolute extraction method produces a rather intense aroma, so it needs to be diluted before blending. You can combine it with Patchouli, Vetiver, Bergamot, Jasmine, and Petitgrain for a harmonious scent profile.
