  • Ứng dụng

    N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF, CAS 68-12-2) là dung môi phân cực aprotic có điểm sôi cao và khả năng hòa tan rộng, được dùng làm môi trường phản ứng và dung môi xử lý trong tổng hợp hữu cơ (tạo tác nhân Vilsmeier–Haack để formyl hóa, xúc tiến tạo clorid axyl từ axit với oxalyl chloride hoặc thionyl chloride, ghép nối peptide và phản ứng ghép nối), trong dược phẩm (tổng hợp API, tinh chế và kết tinh lại), trong công nghiệp polymer (hòa tan và gia công PAN, PVDF, PU, PVC; kéo sợi sợi acrylic; sản xuất da nhân tạo polyurethane; keo dán và nhựa), sơn phủ và mực in (hòa tan nhựa và polyme hiệu suất cao), dệt nhuộm (làm chất mang nhuộm cho sợi khó nhuộm), vật liệu màng và điện hóa (đúc màng PVDF/PAN, dung môi tạo màng MOF, hồ mực perovskite), và các quy trình chiết–tách chọn lọc; DMF cũng được sử dụng trong tiền xử lý mẫu, phân hủy polymer, và làm dung môi tái sinh xúc tác, nhưng cần kiểm soát nghiêm ngặt do độc tính gan, khả năng hấp thụ qua da và phân loại độc tính sinh sản.
