  • Ứng dụng

    Metyl jasmonat (Methyl Jasmonate, CAS 1211-29-6) được ứng dụng rộng rãi như chất kích kháng và kích thích sinh tổng hợp thứ cấp trong nông nghiệp, sau thu hoạch, công nghệ sinh học và hương liệu: phun tiền thu hoạch hoặc xử lý hơi giúp hoạt hóa tín hiệu JA, tăng tổng hợp protein ức chế protease, phytoalexin, phenolic, glucosinolate và VOCs thu hút thiên địch, qua đó nâng cao khả năng chống sâu bệnh, hạn, mặn và lạnh nhờ tăng cường enzym chống oxy hóa và chất điều hòa thẩm thấu; trong bảo quản nông sản (ví dụ cam quýt, xoài, dâu tây, nho, đào) MeJA giảm thối hỏng do nấm như Botrytis, giảm tổn thương do lạnh, duy trì độ cứng, màu, hương và năng lực chống oxy hóa, đồng thời có thể điều tiết chín và tăng anthocyanin tùy loài; trong nuôi cấy mô, huyền phù tế bào hoặc rễ tơ, MeJA là elicitor kinh điển để nâng năng suất terpenoid, alkaloid và phenylpropanoid cho dược phẩm và nutraceuticals (như paclitaxel ở Taxus, artemisinin ở Artemisia, alkaloid indol–terpen ở Catharanthus, anthocyanin và rosmarinic acid ở Lamiaceae); trong nghiên cứu, nó là đầu dò để giải mã mạng lưới tín hiệu jasmonat và tương tác với axit salicylic, ethylen, là chuẩn phân tích LC–MS/GC–MS, công cụ cảm ứng lông tuyến và điều biến VOCs; ngoài ra nhờ mùi hoa nhài đặc trưng, MeJA còn được dùng làm nguyên liệu nước hoa và hương liệu ở mức rất thấp theo quy phạm an toàn.
