  • Ứng dụng

    Ứng dụng của Methyl butyrate (methyl butanoate, CAS 623-42-7) trải dài từ việc tạo hương vị thơm mát giống dứa, táo, chuối cho kẹo, nước giải khát, kem và các sản phẩm sữa lên men, đến việc làm chất điều hương trong nước hoa, mỹ phẩm, thuốc lá và chất khử mùi; ngoài ra, este dễ bay hơi này còn được dùng làm dung môi chọn lọc trong sơn, mực in, chất tẩy rửa, chất chuẩn phân tích cho sắc ký khí, tác nhân mô phỏng mùi để dẫn dụ côn trùng trong nghiên cứu nông nghiệp, nguyên liệu trung gian tổng hợp dược phẩm, phụ gia nhựa, chất hoạt động bề mặt, cũng như được khảo sát như tiền chất biodiesel nhờ khả năng cháy sạch và nguồn gốc sinh học.
