  • Ứng dụng

    Isophorone (CAS 78-59-1) là một xeton vòng không bão hòa có độ bay hơi trung bình, được ứng dụng chủ yếu làm dung môi hiệu suất cao cho nhựa acrylic, alkyd, polyester, nitrocellulose và vinyl nhờ khả năng hòa tan mạnh, tốc độ bay hơi có kiểm soát và điểm sôi cao; nó góp mặt trong công thức sơn công nghiệp, sơn gỗ, sơn ô tô, mực in, keo dán, chất tẩy rửa kim loại, chất tách khuôn và phủ sàn, giúp cải thiện độ chảy loang, độ bóng, khả năng chống ăn mòn, chịu hóa chất và bền tia UV; ngoài ra Isophorone còn là nguyên liệu trung gian quan trọng để tổng hợp Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) và Isophorone diamine (IPDA) dùng trong polyurethane, chất đóng rắn epoxy, sơn hàm lượng rắn cao bảo vệ hải quân, phụ gia polymer chuyên dụng, thuốc trừ cỏ chọn lọc, chất hóa dẻo và một số thành phần hương liệu, nước hoa, dược phẩm.
