  • Ứng dụng

    Isoeugenyl methyl ether (CAS 6380-24-1, còn gọi là methyl isoeugenol) chủ yếu được dùng làm chất tạo hương trong nước hoa và mỹ phẩm cá nhân (nước hoa tinh xảo, xịt thơm, kem dưỡng, dầu gội, sữa tắm), cũng như trong sản phẩm chăm sóc nhà cửa (xà phòng, chất tẩy rửa, nước xả vải, nến thơm, bộ khuếch tán/air care) để mang lại sắc thái ấm, cay ngọt kiểu đinh hương–hoa cẩm chướng, hơi balsamic và giúp liên kết, làm tròn các cấu trúc hương (floral, spicy, oriental, chypre, fougère), đồng thời thường được chọn như một chất điều biến nốt gia vị hoặc hoa trong nền có tính kiềm (ví dụ xà phòng) nhờ độ ổn định màu và tính phản ứng thấp hơn so với isoeugenol; ngoài ra, đôi khi được dùng trong R&D hương–vị ở mức vết để tinh chỉnh sắc thái gia vị (tùy quy định), làm chuẩn phân tích trong kiểm soát chất lượng hương liệu, và làm trung gian/tác nhân ghép mùi trong công thức vi bao; việc sử dụng chịu sự giới hạn của IFRA và quy định địa phương (cần đánh giá an toàn và ghi nhãn dị ứng/độ nhạy da phù hợp), liều điển hình rất thấp nhằm tránh áp đảo mùi và bảo đảm tuân thủ.
