  • Ứng dụng

    Dihydro-β-ionone (CAS 17283-81-7) là một phân tử hương thơm thuộc họ ionone, được tạo thành từ quá trình khử β-ionone tự nhiên có nguồn gốc carotenoid, có mùi hoa violet, trái cây chín và gỗ nhẹ, nên được sử dụng rộng rãi làm thành phần trung tâm trong pha chế nước hoa cao cấp (đặc biệt là các tông violet, orris, thuốc lá, gỗ), hương liệu thực phẩm (hương mơ, quả mâm xôi, đào, cam quýt, trà và đồ uống có gas), chất tạo mùi cho xà phòng, chất tẩy rửa, nến thơm, chất khử mùi không khí, đồng thời đóng vai trò chất tạo hương ổn định về nhiệt và kiềm trong mỹ phẩm chăm sóc tóc – da, ngoài ra còn là bán thành phẩm hóa học quan trọng để tổng hợp vitamin A và các dẫn xuất aroma khác, được FEMA công nhận an toàn (GRAS) khi dùng ở nồng độ rất thấp, vì vậy Dihydro-β-ionone trở thành lựa chọn phổ biến trong ngành hương liệu – hương liệu thực phẩm, trong nghiên cứu mùi học và trong phát triển sản phẩm thân thiện môi trường hiện nay.
