  • Ứng dụng

    Cyperene (CAS 2387-78-2) là một sesquiterpen hydrocarbon tự nhiên hiện diện trong tinh dầu Cyperus và một số thực vật thơm; trong thực hành, nó được ứng dụng chủ yếu làm thành phần mùi hương mang sắc thái gỗ–đất ấm, giúp tăng chiều sâu và phần nào độ lưu hương trong nước hoa, mist, nến thơm và sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân xu hướng tự nhiên; trong lĩnh vực thực phẩm–hương liệu, cyperene xuất hiện như thành phần tự nhiên của tinh dầu dùng pha chế nốt hương đất–khói, cay ấm cho đồ uống, bánh kẹo và snack (tùy tuân thủ pháp lý địa phương); đồng thời được khai thác trong R&D như chất chuẩn tham chiếu cho GC/GC–MS để định lượng/định tính tinh dầu, lập dấu vân hóa học (chemotaxonomy) và kiểm soát chất lượng nguyên liệu thực vật; các nghiên cứu tiền lâm sàng còn khảo sát hoạt tính sinh học (kháng vi sinh, chống oxy hóa, chống viêm) và tiềm năng làm sườn cấu trúc/chất dẫn hướng cho tổng hợp dược chất và vật liệu mùi mới, cũng như chỉ thị sinh thái học của hợp chất bay hơi, mặc dù mọi ứng dụng trị liệu trực tiếp vẫn cần thêm bằng chứng và phê duyệt.
