  • Ứng dụng

    Cubebol (CAS 23445-02-5) là một sesquiterpen alcohol tự nhiên có trong tinh dầu tiêu Java/cubeb và một số loài Piper, được ưa chuộng vì hiệu ứng mát sạch, kéo dài và ít mùi riêng; nhờ các đặc tính này, nó được ứng dụng rộng rãi làm chất tạo cảm giác mát và điều biến vị trong thực phẩm, đồ uống (kẹo cao su, kẹo ngậm, kẹo bạc hà không đường, đồ uống có gas/không cồn, sản phẩm sữa, phủ bánh), giúp che vị đắng/kim loại của chất làm ngọt cường độ cao và duy trì độ mát mà không áp đặt hương bạc hà; trong chăm sóc răng miệng (kem đánh răng, nước súc miệng, gel lưỡi) để tăng cảm giác sảng khoái bền lâu; trong sản phẩm không kê đơn và dinh dưỡng bổ sung (viên ngậm, xịt họng) như thành phần hương–làm mát; trong mỹ phẩm/chăm sóc cá nhân (son dưỡng, dầu gội, sữa tắm, gel cạo) nhằm tạo cảm giác mát dịu trên da và tăng cảm nhận sạch; trong nước hoa và hương gia dụng (xịt phòng, chất tẩy rửa, khử mùi) như một note hỗ trợ mang sắc thái the mát, tiêu–gỗ nhẹ và tăng độ khuếch tán, thường phối hợp hiệp đồng với menthol, WS-3/WS-23 và các terpene khác; về kỹ thuật, cubebol có độ bay hơi thấp hơn menthol, ổn định pH/nhệt tốt, tương thích với nhũ hóa/đóng vi nang để kiểm soát giải phóng và kéo dài hiệu ứng, mở rộng ứng dụng cho các hồ sơ hương không bạc hà (trái cây, trà, thảo mộc) và các sản phẩm cần cảm giác mát rõ với mùi nền tối giản.
