  • Ứng dụng

    L-Carvone (CAS 6485-40-1) là một monoterpenoid dạng L có hương bạc hà dịu, được ứng dụng làm chất tạo vị trong kẹo cao su, kẹo cứng, kem đánh răng, nước súc miệng, đồ uống và thực phẩm chế biến; tạo cảm giác mát lạnh cho mỹ phẩm, nước hoa, dầu gội, xà phòng, chất khử mùi, chất tẩy rửa và làm thơm phòng; được khai thác như chất ức chế nảy mầm khoai tây, chất xua đuổi côn trùng và hoạt chất thuốc bảo vệ thực vật nguồn gốc thiên nhiên; đồng thời đóng vai trò khung xương đối quang quý giá trong tổng hợp hữu cơ, sản xuất polymer, vật liệu cảm biến và nghiên cứu xúc tác chọn lọc.
