  • Ứng dụng

    Alpha-Terpinyl acetate (CAS 8007-35-0) là este thơm hiện diện tự nhiên trong nhiều tinh dầu như cardamom, cypress và petitgrain, được ứng dụng rộng rãi làm nguyên liệu hương liệu nhờ mùi thơm ngọt, thảo mộc, thoảng trái cây với sắc thái cam chanh–gỗ thông–oải hương; trong nước hoa, nó góp phần xây dựng các cấu trúc cologne, fougère, chypre, làm mượt và “làm tròn” các nốt citrus hoặc pine, đồng thời hoạt động như chất điều biến và bán cố định để cân bằng độ bay hơi; trong chăm sóc cá nhân và gia dụng, nó tạo mùi dễ chịu cho xà phòng, dầu gội, sữa tắm, kem dưỡng, chất tẩy rửa, xịt phòng, sáp thơm và nến, cũng như che mùi trong công thức kỹ thuật; trong hương thực phẩm, khi dùng ở liều rất thấp, nó mang sắc thái trái cây–thảo mộc kiểu cardamom cho đồ uống, kẹo, kẹo cao su và sản phẩm nướng; trong pha chế cần lưu ý este có thể bị thủy phân ở pH kiềm, do đó nên đánh giá độ ổn định trong xà phòng và chất tẩy rửa mạnh, đồng thời thử tương thích với hệ nhũ và chất hoạt động bề mặt; thành phần này cũng được dùng làm booster cho tinh dầu thiên nhiên, làm chất pha loãng mùi trong compounding và đôi khi là trung gian tổng hợp terpenoid; luôn tuân thủ hướng dẫn IFRA và quy định an toàn địa phương, kiểm tra độ bền màu mùi và ghi nhãn dị ứng phù hợp; trong liệu pháp mùi hương, nó được ưa chuộng như một nốt “sạch mát” hỗ trợ cảm nhận phòng ốc thoáng đãng, không nhằm mục đích điều trị.
