  • Ứng dụng

    Acetanisole (còn gọi là p-methoxyacetophenone, CAS 100-06-1) là một thành phần hương liệu quan trọng có mùi ngọt gợi nhớ vanilla và hoa cỏ, thường được dùng như chất tạo hương và chất cố định mùi trong nước hoa cao cấp, nến thơm, xà phòng, chất khử mùi không khí; trong công nghiệp thực phẩm nó góp phần tạo vị cho kẹo, bánh nướng, đồ uống, kem và các chế phẩm sữa nhờ khả năng bền nhiệt, ít bay hơi và tương thích tốt với chiết xuất vanillin, ethyl maltol; trong dược phẩm và nông dược, Acetanisole đóng vai trò tiền chất tổng hợp của một số hoạt chất chống viêm, kháng khuẩn, cũng như chất dẫn dụ côn trùng phục vụ nghiên cứu sinh thái; ngoài ra, hợp chất này được sử dụng như tiêu chuẩn nội trong sắc ký khí–khối phổ phân tích hương liệu, làm chất biến tính polymer để tạo mùi dễ nhận biết cho sản phẩm nhựa sinh học, đồng thời đáp ứng yêu cầu an toàn thực phẩm do cơ quan quản lý quốc tế phê duyệt.
