Ingredients

  • Eucalyptus Essential Oil

  • Lavandin Essential Oil

    It contains a higher concentration of camphor compared to lavender essential oil, making it particularly effective in supporting respiratory issues. This compound also helps improve blood circulation and relieve muscle aches. Lavandin is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and E, which help reduce wrinkles and fine lines, increase skin elasticity, soothe skin inflammation, and have antibacterial and antifungal properties. Its fragrance also has therapeutic effects, reducing stress and anxiety, and promoting a restful and relaxing sleep.

Preferable for use with seniors and those convalescing. Best avoided during pregnancy and while breast-feeding. No contraindications known. Avoid prolonged use. Avoid using undiluted on skin. May cause irritation on highly sensitive skins; a skin patch test is advisable

Directions

Inhalation: Add 3-4 drops of the essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head and the bowl with a towel, keeping your face at a suitable distance from the warm steam. Inhale deeply for 15 minutes to achieve the best results.

Room Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops of the essential oil to a diffuser and enjoy the benefits.

Note: Keep out of reach of children. Dilute with a carrier oil if applying directly to the skin. Avoid contact with damaged or highly sensitive areas such as the eyes or mouth lining.
