Applications
Aminopyralid (CAS 150114-71-9) is a selective herbicide in the pyridine carboxylate family used primarily in agriculture for controlling broadleaf weeds in pastures, rangeland, and hay/forage crops. It is also employed in forestry and rights-of-way vegetation management to suppress dicot weeds that compete with young trees and roadside vegetation. In non-crop and industrial settings, aminopyralid-containing formulations help manage unwanted broadleaf weeds in cleared areas and rights-of-way corridors. It is commonly formulated in tank mixes with other actives to broaden control spectrum and improve residual activity, subject to label directions and regulatory restrictions.
