    Axit undecylenic (Undecylenic acid, CAS 112-38-9) là một acid béo không bão hòa mười một carbon nổi tiếng với hoạt tính kháng nấm mạnh nên được dùng rộng rãi trong các chế phẩm điều trị lang ben, nấm kẽ chân và các bệnh nấm da khác; ngoài dược phẩm, nó còn được sử dụng như chất khử mùi tự nhiên trong mỹ phẩm, chất điều biến bề mặt giúp cải thiện độ bám dính của polyme, tiền chất để tổng hợp hương liệu-nước hoa, monomer tạo nylon-11, chất trung gian sản xuất chất dẻo, chất bôi trơn sinh học, chất ức chế ăn mòn kim loại, tác nhân dẫn dụ côn trùng và phụ gia diệt vi khuẩn trong sơn phủ, nhờ đặc tính kháng vi sinh, mùi nhẹ và nguồn gốc từ dầu thầu dầu tái tạo.
