  • Ứng dụng

    Thường được dùng làm tác nhân khử và chất chống oxi hóa trong chế biến thực phẩm và đồ uống, Sodium Pyrosulfite (CAS 7681-57-4) giúp hạn chế oxi hóa và biến đổi màu, đóng vai trò là chất bảo quản trong các sản phẩm từ trái cây, rượu và một số thực phẩm chế biến; trong ngành giấy và bột giấy nó đóng vai trò như tác nhân khử để tẩy và khử màu cellulose; nó cũng được dùng để khử màu và ổn định các chất nhuộm trong xử lý cellulose và dệt may; trong sản xuất hóa học nó có thể đóng vai trò như tác nhân khử hoặc trung gian trong các phản ứng tổng hợp; và như một chất khử Clo trong xử lý nước để loại bỏ Clo dư trước khi sử dụng.
