  • Ứng dụng

    Prenyl thioacetate (CAS 33049-93-3) là một thioeste chứa mạch isoprenyl được ứng dụng chủ yếu như: (i) thành phần hương–mùi mang sắc thái lưu huỳnh tinh tế, trái cây nhiệt đới và bưởi, dùng ở hàm lượng vết để tăng độ chân thực cho đồ uống, kẹo, sản phẩm nướng và hương bia/rượu; (ii) chất trung gian/tiền chất thiol (khử bảo vệ tạo 3-methyl-2-butenethiol) phục vụ phản ứng thiol-ene, thiol-Michael, gắn nhãn sulfide, tổng hợp thioether, thế nucleophin allylic và điều biến bề mặt polyme sau khử; (iii) chuẩn tham chiếu phân tích và cảm quan trong nghiên cứu hợp chất lưu huỳnh bay hơi của thực phẩm, đồ uống và nước hoa; đồng thời đôi khi dùng cho khảo sát cơ chế chuyển vị allylic, phản ứng gốc tự do và thiết kế phân tử mùi mang mô-típ isoprenyl; cần kiểm soát liều, mùi mạnh và bảo quản tránh oxy hóa.
