  • Ứng dụng

    Phenylacetonitrile (CAS 140-29-4) là một trung gian hữu cơ đa dụng dùng để xây dựng mạch bên arylacetic trong hóa dược (tiền chất để tạo acid phenylacetic và nhiều dẫn xuất làm mạch bên cho penicillin và các API khác), hóa nông nghiệp (trung gian cho thuốc bảo vệ thực vật như pyrethroid và một số thuốc diệt cỏ/điều hòa sinh trưởng), hương liệu–hương vị (chuyển hóa thành phenylacetaldehyde, phenylacetic acid, phenethyl alcohol và các este liên quan cho mùi hoa nhài/hoa hồng, gia vị), và hóa chất mịn/vật liệu (tiền chất cho thuốc nhuộm, chất trung gian chức năng và phụ gia nhựa); ngoài ra còn được sử dụng như chất bán hóa học trong bẫy giám sát/điều khiển dịch hại (ví dụ ruồi đục quả cánh đốm) và như cơ chất mô hình trong nghiên cứu xúc tác, nhờ nhóm nitrile cho phép thủy phân thành acid/amide, khử tạo amine/aldehyde, alkyl hóa vị trí benzylic và các ngưng tụ tạo liên kết C–C để tiếp cận cấu trúc dị vòng và arylacetic đa dạng.

On the basis of established maximum concentration levels of this substance in commercially available natural sources (like essential oils and extracts), exposure to this substance from the use of these oils and extracts is not significant and the use of these oils is authorized as long as the level of Benzyl cyanide in the finished product does not exceed 0.01% (100 ppm).
