  • Ứng dụng

    Neryl formate (CAS 2142-94-1) là este của nerol và axit fomic, có mùi hoa cam/neroli–citrus ngọt dịu; được ứng dụng chủ yếu làm thành phần tạo hương trong nước hoa cao cấp và các sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân, xà phòng, dầu gội, chất tẩy rửa, sản phẩm gia dụng và nến thơm để làm tươi sáng tầng hương đầu, củng cố sắc thái neroli, petitgrain, cam quýt và làm mềm những nốt hoa trắng; thường phối cùng bergamot, linalool/linalyl acetate, petitgrain, vật liệu hoa cam và các terpene citrus để tăng độ tự nhiên; ở hàm lượng rất thấp còn góp phần tạo sắc thái citrus–hoa trong hương liệu thực phẩm cho đồ uống, kẹo và bánh; trong R&D/hóa phân tích được dùng làm chất đối chiếu/marker khi định tính định lượng tinh dầu họ cam chanh bằng GC–MS; cần lưu ý nguy cơ thủy phân/oxy hóa (bảo quản kín, mát, có chất chống oxy hóa) và tuân thủ hướng dẫn IFRA cũng như quy định ghi nhãn chất gây dị ứng (có thể giải phóng nerol) khi ứng dụng thương mại.
