  • Ứng dụng

    Isopropyl alcohol (IPA, cồn isopropanol, CAS 67-63-0) là dung môi hữu cơ dễ bay hơi được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong y tế, công nghiệp và đời sống: nó đóng vai trò chất khử trùng sát khuẩn trong dung dịch cồn 70-90 % để làm sạch vết thương, khử trùng tay và bề mặt thiết bị y tế; được dùng làm dung môi hòa tan nhựa, dầu mỡ, mực in và sơn trong pha chế mực, sơn phủ, keo dán, chất tẩy rửa; là thành phần trong dung dịch làm sạch linh kiện điện tử, màn hình, ống kính nhờ bay hơi nhanh, không để lại cặn; góp mặt trong mỹ phẩm, nước hoa, keo xịt tóc như chất mang hương và tác nhân kháng khuẩn; được sử dụng trong sản xuất dược phẩm để kết tủa, tinh chế kháng sinh, hormone; làm phụ gia tẩy nước trong nhiên liệu và chống đông trong hệ thống nhiên liệu máy bay; ngoài ra IPA còn là môi trường phản ứng tổng hợp hữu cơ, chất chiết xuất, chất hiệu chỉnh điểm đóng băng và chất giảm bọt trong nhiều quá trình sản xuất.
