    Isoartemisia ketone (CAS 546-49-6) là một monoterpen keton xuất hiện tự nhiên trong tinh dầu Artemisia, được ứng dụng chủ yếu trong hương liệu và gia vị nhờ sắc thái thơm tươi mát, thảo mộc, xanh và hơi long não, giúp nâng độ sắc nét, làm sạch mùi và tạo cầu nối giữa nốt đầu–nốt giữa trong các công thức nước hoa, mỹ phẩm, sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân và chất tẩy rửa gia dụng; trong gia vị thực phẩm, nó mang lại sắc thái thảo mộc–bạc hà nhẹ cho đồ uống, kẹo và một số ứng dụng mặn ở liều vết để tránh vị đắng; trong nghiên cứu và kiểm nghiệm, chất này được dùng làm chất chuẩn/marker cho phân tích GC/MS tinh dầu, theo dõi tính nhất quán lô và nghiên cứu chuyển hóa monoterpen; đồng thời là nguyên liệu trung gian cho tổng hợp các dẫn xuất mùi và hợp chất hữu cơ chuyên dụng; việc sử dụng cần tuân thủ quy định an toàn hương liệu/thực phẩm hiện hành, đánh giá nguy cơ nhạy cảm/dị ứng và bảo quản kín, tránh ánh sáng/oxy để hạn chế oxy hóa.
