  • Ứng dụng

    Hydrofluoric Acid (CAS 7664-39-3) được sử dụng trong xử lý thủy tinh để ăn mòn và làm mờ bề mặt kính, phục vụ các ứng dụng trang trí và kiến trúc; trong công nghệ bán dẫn HF được dùng để ăn mòn SiO2 và loại bỏ lớp oxit trên bề mặt trong quy trình chế tạo wafer; trong gia công kim loại, HF đóng vai trò chất tẩy axit mạnh và làm sạch bề mặt, loại bỏ oxit khỏi thép không gỉ và nhôm; trong sản xuất fluorua vô cơ, HF là chất phản ứng chính để sản xuất các hợp chất fluorua như nhôm fluorua và các muối fluorua khác dùng trong luyện kim nhôm và hóa chất đặc biệt; và như một tác nhân fluor hóa trong tổng hợp hữu cơ, HF được dùng để đưa fluoride vào các hợp chất hữu cơ và chuẩn bị các hợp chất fluoride chứa.
