  • Ứng dụng

    Fenchone (CAS 1195-79-5) là monoterpen keton bicyclic có mùi long não, thảo mộc và hơi bạc hà, được ứng dụng làm chất tạo hương trong thực phẩm và đồ uống (kẹo, bánh nướng, rượu mùi, đồ uống có cồn và không cồn) để mang lại sắc thái tươi mát kiểu thì là/tiểu hồi; làm nốt hương trong nước hoa, kem đánh răng, nước súc miệng, xà phòng, chất tẩy rửa và sản phẩm gia dụng nhằm tạo cảm giác sạch mát; trong liệu pháp mùi hương và các sản phẩm tinh dầu thì là để khử mùi và tạo hương phòng; làm nguyên liệu đầu và nguồn đối quang trong tổng hợp hữu cơ bất đối xứng, đồng thời là chuẩn mùi/chuẩn phân tích cho GC/GC-MS, đào tạo cảm quan và phát triển phương pháp phân tích; được khảo sát về hoạt tính kháng khuẩn, kháng nấm, xua côn trùng và ứng dụng bảo quản sinh học trong bao bì hoặc chế phẩm từ thảo mộc; cũng như là phân tử mẫu trong nghiên cứu hóa lý và quang phổ tính chiral (CD, VCD, PECD); cần tuân thủ quy định an toàn vì có thể gây kích ứng và độc tính thần kinh ở liều cao.
